干旱胁迫对马铃薯苗期生理指标的影响

【摘要】 为探讨干旱胁迫对马铃薯苗期生长的影响,以双丰四号为试验材料,研究不同干旱胁迫条件下马铃薯苗期的生理指标及抗氧化酶活性。结果表明:干旱胁迫下马铃薯根系活力先升高后下降,随着土壤含水量的逐渐降低,细胞膜透性及脯氨酸含量不断增大;低强度干旱胁迫提高了SOD、CAT、POD活性,高浓度则降低其活性;低强度干旱胁迫降低了MDA含量,高浓度则提高了其含量。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of drought stress on potato seedling growth,taking Shuangfeng No.4 as experimental material, the physiological indexes and antioxidant enzyme activities of Potato Seedlings under different drought stress were studied. The results showed that: the root activity of potato first increased, and then decreased under drought stress. With the decrease of soil water content, cell membrane permeability and proline content increased. The activities of SOD, CAT and POD increased under low drought stress, but decreased at high concentration. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was decreased by low intensity drought stress, but increased by high concentration.
