【摘要】 随着糖尿病肾脏疾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)的发病率逐年增高,对其发病机制的研究也日趋丰富。近年来,多项研究指出足细胞损伤既是DKD进展的重要因素,也是中、西药物治疗的关键靶点。足细胞即肾小囊脏层上皮细胞,是附着在肾小球基底膜(glomerular basement membrane,GBM)外侧高度分化的细胞,也是肾小球中最易受到损伤的细胞。本综述旨在基于足细胞损伤的产生、作用机制等方面的研究,探讨中医药干预DKD的新进展,为中医药治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the incidence of diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is increasing year by year,the research on its pathogenesis is also enriched.In recent years,many studies have pointed out that podocyte damage is not only an important factor in the progression of DKD,but also a key target of Chinese and Western drug therapy.Podocytes are the epithelial cells in the visceral layer of the glomerulus.They are highly differentiated cells attached to the outside of the glomerular basement membrane (GBM) and are also the most vulnerable cells in the glomerulus.The purpose of this review is to explore the new progress of Chinese medicine intervention in DKD based on research on the production and mechanism of podocyte injury,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with Chinese medicine.更多还原
