【摘要】 目的:观察心肾合治序贯治疗卵巢储备功能下降的临床疗效。方法:临床选择100例卵巢储备功能低下患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组运用心肾合治序贯疗法,对照组采用激素替代疗法,治疗3个月经周期。观察2组治疗前后临床疗效及血FSH、LH、FSH/LH、E₂值、B超下窦卵泡数的变化。结果:2组治疗后月经周期均有良好改善,差异无统计学意义,3个月随访2组差异有明显统计学意义;试验组月经量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;试验组治疗后FSH、FSH/LH值降低,治疗前后有统计学意义,对照组治疗前后无明显变化,2组比较差异有统计学意义;试验组治疗后窦卵泡数增多,治疗前后差异显著,对照组治疗前后无明显变化,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:心肾合治序贯治疗能明显提高卵巢储备功能,且疗效持久,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sequential treatment of heart and kidney combined therapy for decreased ovarian reserve.Methods:100 patients with low ovarian reserve were selected clinically and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with sequential therapy of heart and kidney,and the control group was treated with hormone replacement therapy for 3 menstrual cycles.Observe the clinical curative effect and the changes of blood FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2 value,and B-ultrasound lower antral follicle number before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The menstrual cycle of the two groups improved well after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant after 3 months of follow-up;the menstrual volume of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the FSH and FSH/LH values decreased,which was statistically significant before and after treatment.There was no significant change in the control group before and after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the number of antral follicles in the experimental group increased after treatment,and the difference was significant before and after treatment.There was no significant change before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Sequential treatment with the combination of heart and kidney can significantly improve ovarian reserve,with long-lasting curative effect,safe and effective.更多还原
