【摘要】 目的:观察"阴阳两通"疗法治疗神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析符合标准的21例经尿流动力学检查确诊为神经源性膀胱患者的临床资料。男8例,女13例,年龄35-60岁,病程3-13 个月,临床表现为不同程度的排尿困难,其中,8例患者已行导尿,采用"阴阳两通"疗法。结果:3疗程后共有15例患者可自行排尿,尿流动力学各项指标明显好转,其中3例患者在治疗4疗程后不能自行排尿。结论:"阴阳两通"疗法对于神经源性膀胱患者有很好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Yin and Yang" therapy on neurogenic bladder.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 21 patients with neurogenic bladder who were diagnosed as neurogenic bladder by urinary fluidity examination.There are 8 males and 13 females,aged 35-60 years old,with a course of 3-13 months.The clinical manifestations are different degrees of dysuria.Among them,8 patients have been catheterized and used the "yin and yang" therapy.Results:A total of 15 patients were able to urinate on their own after 3 courses of treatment,and various indicators of urinary flow mechanics were significantly improved.Among them,3 patients could not urinate on their own after 4 courses of treatment.Conclusion:"Yin and Yang" therapy has a good clinical effect for patients with neurogenic bladder.更多还原
