【摘要】 目的:评价桃红四物汤预防腰椎手术术后深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:收集从2016年1月1日起入院准备行腰椎手术的病例,术前常规查双下肢深静脉B超,白介素-8、血小板计数、血D-二聚体、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)等,随机分为两组,两组术后常规第二天予抗凝治疗,治疗组在抗凝的基础上加用桃红四物汤,对照组常规抗凝治疗。两周后复查双下肢深静脉B超、血红蛋白、白介素-8、血小板计数、血D-二聚体、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)。对比两组术后深静脉血栓发生率;观察治疗后血红蛋白、白介素-8、血小板计数、血D-二聚体、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)的变化情况。结果:治疗组术后深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后血红蛋白计数、APTT及PT水平高于对照组;术后白介素-8、血小板计数、血D-二聚体水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤联合常规抗凝治疗可以有效的降低腰椎术后深静脉血栓形成的风险,并且改善术后患者的应激状态,减少失血及炎性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in preventing deep vein thrombosis after lumbar spine surgery.Methods:Collect the patients who were admitted to the hospital for lumbar spine surgery from January 1,2016,and routinely check the deep vein B-ultrasound of both lower limbs before the operation,interleukin-8,platelet count,blood D-dimer,activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and plasma prothrombin time (PT),etc.,were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were given anticoagulation treatment on the second day after the operation.The treatment group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of anticoagulation.The control group Routine anticoagulation therapy.Two weeks later,deep vein B-ultrasound,hemoglobin,interleukin-8,platelet count,blood D-dimer,activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and plasma prothrombin time (PT) were rechecked in both lower limbs.Compare the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the two groups;observe the changes of hemoglobin,interleukin-8,platelet count,blood D-dimer,activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and plasma prothrombin time (PT) after treatment Happening.Results:The incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the postoperative hemoglobin count,APTT and PT levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group;postoperative interleukin-8,platelet count and blood D-II The aggregate level was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with conventional anticoagulation therapy can effectively reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis after lumbar spine surgery,improve the postoperative stress state of patients,and reduce blood loss and inflammatory reactions.更多还原
