【摘要】 目的:观察中药汤剂清热祛湿方治疗2型糖尿病合并急性带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将60例2型糖尿病合并急性带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,对照组与治疗组各30例,对照组予以盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊0.5g/粒,1粒/次,2次/d;阿昔洛韦缓释片0.2g/片,2片/次,3次/d;两组患者均予以TDP神灯照射。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药汤剂口服,1个月后观察两组患者治疗前后血清空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)值的变化以及临床症状缓解情况和不良反应等。结果①两组总有效率比较,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。②两组患者治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbAlc均较治疗前降低,对照组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbAlc较治疗组治疗后降低,两组治疗前相比,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。③治疗后两组临床症状缓解时间比较,治疗组临床症状缓解时间均较对照组缩短。④治疗组出现不良反应例数较对照组少。结论:清热祛湿方治疗2型糖尿病合并急性带状疱疹临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,可明显缩短患者水疱消退、结痂以及疼痛时间,具有很好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction for clearing away heat and eliminating dampness in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute herpes zoster.Methods:Dividing the 60 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with acute herpes zoster randomly into two groups.There were 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules and Acyclovir Sustained Release Tablets.And the two groups were irradiated with the TDP lamp.The treatment group was given oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine on the basis of the control group.One months later observing the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,the changes of serum FPG,2hPG and HbAlc values,the alleviation of clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results:① The total effective rate of the two groups was P=0.014<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.② In the control group,when the FPG,2hPG,HbAlc after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant.There was significant difference in FPG,2hPG and HbAlc between the two groups after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.③ comparing the two groups of clinical symptoms remission time,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.④The number of adverse reactions in the treatment group was less than that of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Qingre Qushi Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute herpes zoster is better than that of Western medicine alone,Which can obviously shorten the time of vesicle subsiding,scab and pain,and has good clinical application value.更多还原
