【摘要】 采用正交试验设计,通过对DPPH·自由基清除率、透明质酸酶抑制率、睾酮转化率以及对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌作用的测试,优选出黄连、黄檗、黄芩、大黄水提液的最佳复配比,制备一款祛痘凝胶,并对该凝胶的感官和理化指标及功效进行测试,对试用者的祛痘效果进行跟踪研究和问卷调查,结果表明:该祛痘凝胶质地清爽、肤感舒适、无刺激,具有较好的祛痘功效.更多还原

【Abstract】 Through orthogonal experimental design, the best ratio of water extracts of Coptis chinensis, Cortex phellodendri, Radix scutellaria and Rheum officinale was optimized by testing of scavenging rates to DPPH, inhibition rate on hyaluronidase activity, testosterone conversion rate, and antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus to prepare an anti-acne gels. Theirs sensory, physicochemical indicators and efficacy were tested, follow-up study and questionnaire was conducted on anti-acne effect of the trier. The results showed that the gel had a refreshing texture, comfortable skin feeling without irritation, and the better anti-acne effect.更多还原
