腐植酸与枯草芽孢杆菌和过氧化钙对丹参连作田土壤肥力的影响
Effects of Humic Acid, Bacillus subtilis and Calcium Peroxide on Soil Fertility of Salvia miltiorrhiza Continuous Cropping Field
【摘要】 腐植酸与枯草芽孢杆菌剂是改善作物连作障碍土壤生物学特性的常用肥料,过氧化钙可有效改善土壤氧环境,但目前未见其对丹参连作田土壤肥力影响的研究。本试验采用盆栽法,以鲁丹参2号为材料,以基施复合肥(N-P2O5-K2O=15-15-15)1.5 g/盆为基础,设置对照(CK)、腐植酸0.49 g/kg土(T1)、枯草芽孢杆菌0.014 g/kg土(T2)、过氧化钙0.1 g/kg土(T3)、腐植酸0.49 g/kg土+枯草芽孢杆菌0.014 g/kg土(T4)、腐植酸0.49 g/kg土+过氧化钙0.1 g/kg土(T5)、枯草芽孢杆菌0.014 g/kg土+过氧化钙0.1 g/kg土(T6)、腐植酸0.49 g/kg土+枯草芽孢杆菌0.014 g/kg土+过氧化钙0.1 g/kg土(T7),共8个处理,研究其对丹参连作田土壤速效养分、有机质、土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,施用腐植酸、枯草芽孢杆菌和过氧化钙提高土壤有效氮、有效磷及有机质含量,在丹参苗生长后期,土壤有效氮含量差异达显著水平;土壤有机质含量均高于各单施处理。腐植酸、枯草芽孢杆菌和过氧化钙单施或配施均提高土壤蔗糖酶活性,各配施处理的土壤脲酶活性均显著高于各单施处理。因此本试验条件下,腐植酸+枯草芽孢杆菌+过氧化钙配施对改善丹参连作土壤生物学特性效果最佳。
【Abstract】 Humic acid and B. subtilis are commonly used to improve the biological characteristics of continuous cropping obstacle soil. Calcium peroxide can effectively improve the soil oxygen environment. No researches of their effects on soil fertility of S. miltiorrhiza continuous cropping fields have been found. A pot experiment was conducted with Ludanshen 2 as experimental material. Based on the application of compound fertilizer(N-P2O5-K2O=15-15-15) at 1.5 g/pot, eight treatments were set as the control(CK), humic acid at 0.49 g/kg soil(T1), B. subtilis at 0.014 g/kg soil(T2), calcium peroxide at 0.1 g/kg soil(T3), humic acid at 0.49 g/kg soil+B. subtilis at 0.014 g/kg soil(T4), humic acid at 0.49 g/kg soil+calcium peroxide at 0.1 g/kg soil(T5), B. subtilis at 0.014 g/kg soil+calcium peroxide at 0.1 g/kg soil(T6), humic acid at 0.49 g/kg soil+B. subtilis at 0.014 g/kg soil+calcium peroxide at 0.1 g/kg soil(T7). Their effects on soil available nutrients, organic matter and enzyme activities were studied in Salvia miltiorrhiza continuous cropping field.The results showed that the application of humic acid, B. subtilis and calcium peroxide increased the contents of available N, P and K and organic matter in soil compared with CK; in the late growth stage of S. miltiorrhiza seedlings, the contents of soil available N was significantly higher; the soil organic matter content was higher than that of single application treatments. Both the single application and combined application of humic acid, B. subtilis and calcium peroxide could increase the soil sucrase activity, and the soil urease activity under combined application was significantly higher than that under single application. In conclusion, the combined application of humic acid, B. subtilis and calcium peroxide had the optimum effects on improving the soil properties in S. miltiorrhiza continuous cropping field under the experiment conditions.
