14个粒用高粱饲用品种农艺性状的评价

【摘要】 为充分发掘国内粒用高粱品种的饲用潜力,丰富粒用高粱用途,本试验在全国3个高粱主产省(辽宁、山西和甘肃)设置5个试验点(沈阳、锦州、朝阳、晋中和平凉),采用随机完全区组设计(RCBD),对14个粒用高粱品种的6个农艺性状(株高、穗长、穗粒重、千粒重、产量和生育期)进行田间统计分析和鉴定。结果表明,14个粒用高粱品种间的农艺性状差异极显著(P<0.001),不同试验点对农艺性状的影响极显著(P<0.001),同时品种与环境的互作效应也极显著(P<0.001),但6个农艺性状的广义遗传力均较高(H~2>0.6),在高遗传力区间。各农艺性状间存在极显著的相关性,但重要性状如穗粒重与千粒重、产量与千粒重之间呈极显著负相关(P<0.001),这使得筛选品种时需要对性状有所取舍。初步筛选出符合高产稳产、适宜机械化生产要求的两个高潜力粒用高粱品种辽杂52和锦杂110。为全面评价粒用高粱品种的饲用价值,还需对其籽粒营养品质指标进行化验分析。

【Abstract】 Aiming at exploring the feeding potentials of grain sorghum varieties as well as inspiring their applications, this study characterized field performances of six agronomic traits(plant height, panicle length, grain weight per panicle, thousand seed weight, yield and growth period) for 14 grain sorghum varieties in five locations(Shenyang, Jinzhou, Chaoyang, Jinzhong and Pingliang) of three major sorghum producing provinces(Liaoning, Shanxi and Gansu) by using the randomized complete block design(RCBD). The results demonstrated that the agronomic traits differed significantly(P<0.001) between the 14 varieties; growing locations had extremely significant influences on agronomic traits(P<0.001); the interaction effects between variety and environment were also very significant(P<0.001); the broad sense heritability of the six agronomic traits were in high heritability range(H~2>0.6). There were very significant correlations among the agronomic traits, but there were significant negative correlations(P<0.001) between important traits such as grain weight per panicle and thousand grain weight, yield and thousand grain weight, which made it necessary to choose suitable traits when screening varieties. Two high potential grain sorghum varieties Liaoza 52 and Jinza 110 meeting the requirements of high and stable yield and suitable for mechanized production were preliminarily screened out. In order to comprehensively evaluate the feeding merits of grain sorghum varieties, it would be necessary to test and analyze their grain nutritional quality indexes.
