【摘要】 民营经济作为社会主义经济的重要发展动力之一,在我国经济体系中充当着重要角色。文章通过改革开放后我国民营企业的变迁,分析不同时期我国制定的民营企业政策对民营企业发展的重要作用。同时文章结合当今中国转型经济情境,即政府干预与市场调节长期、动态并存的制度背景,对如何优化民营企业健康发展的制度"软环境"、健全民营企业内部制度、降低民营企业运营成本等方面提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Private economy, as one of the important driving forces for the development of socialist economy, plays an important role in China′s economic system. Looking into the changes of private enterprises after the reform and opening-up, this paper analyzes the important role of the policy on the development of private enterprises in different periods. At the same time, combined with the current economic transformation situation in China, that is, the institutional background of long-term and dynamic coexistence of government intervention and market adjustment, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the system ″soft environment″ for the healthy development of private enterprises, improve the internal system of private enterprises, and reduce the operating cost of private enterprises.更多还原
