3D打印技术在复杂曲面塑料产品设计与制造中的应用
Application of 3D Printing Technology in Design and Manufacture of Complex Curved Plastic Products
【摘要】 针对具有复杂曲面的按摩器塑料产品,借助3D打印技术,实现了塑料产品快速设计与制造,总结了对于具有复杂曲面按摩器塑料产品3D打印过程中的技术要点。首先,利用激光扫描仪,结合Geomagic Wrap软件完成实体点云数据的采集,以及模型数据的预处理。其次,借助Geomagic Design X软件,通过三维曲面拟合的方法来实现按摩器模型的重构,将重构的实体模型与采集处理后的点云数据进行误差对比,验证了该模型重构方法的可行性。最后通过对目前常用的3D打印成型工艺进行分析,选用熔融沉积成型工艺的3D打印机,从3个不同成型方向进行产品试制。结果表明,模型曲面脊线与成型平台呈45°时,打印时间、耗材量、支撑结构较少,成型产品效果较好。
【Abstract】 Aiming at massagers plastic products with complex curved surfaces,with the help of 3D printing technology,the rapid design and manufacturing of plastic products were realized,and the technical points of the 3D printing process for massagers plastic products with complex curved surfaces were summarized.First,a laser scanner and Geomagic Wrap software were used to complete the collection of physical point cloud data and the preprocessing of model data.Secondly,with the help of Geomagic Design X software,the reconstruction of the massager model was realized by the method of three-dimensional surface fitting,and the error of the reconstructed solid model was compared with the point cloud data collected and processed,and the feasibility of model reconstruction method was verified.Finally,through the analysis of the currently commonly used 3D printing process,the 3D printer of the fused deposition modeling process was selected,and the products were trial-produced from 3 different molding directions.The results show that when the ridge of model curved surface is 45° to the molding platform,the printing time,the amount of consumables and the supporting structure are less,and the effect of molding plastic product is better.
