连续玻璃纤维增强PP复合材料工字梁拉挤成型及补强

【摘要】 现有的工字梁主要材料为金属或木材,容易受到使用环境的限制。为此研究了不同拉挤成型工艺条件对连续玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚丙烯(PP)工字梁力学性能的影响,以及GF网格布补强对工字梁破坏形式与性能的影响。研究表明,在拉挤成型模具温度235℃,冷却定型模具温度梯度65℃/85℃/105℃,拉挤速度80 mm/min时得到的复合材料工字梁力学性能最优,弯曲破坏载荷达4842 N。GF网格布的加入有效的改善了工字梁的破坏形式,使工字梁弯曲破坏载荷提高了6.0%。

【Abstract】 Main material of I-beam is metal or wood,these materials are easily limited by the use environment.The influence of different pultrusion process conditions on the mechanical properties of continuous glass fiber (GF) reinforced polypropylene (PP)I-beam and the influence of glass fiber mesh reinforcement on the failure mode and properties of I-beam were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of I-beam are the best when the temperature of pultrusion die is 235℃,the temperature gradient of cooling die is 65℃/85℃/105℃and the pultrusion speed is 80 mm/min.The research show that the addition of glass fiber mesh can effectively improve the failure mode of I-beam,improve the mechanical properties of I-beam,and the bending failure load reaches 4842 N.The addition of GF mesh cloth effectively improves the failure form of the I-beam and increases the bending failure load of the I-beam by 6.0%.
