聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料结构调控研究进展
Research Progress of Structure Control of Polymer based Electromagnetic Shielding Composites
【摘要】 综述了聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料的结构调控研究进展,介绍了隔离结构、共连续结构、泡孔结构、层状结构等特殊结构的研究现状,论述了这些特殊结构对聚合物基电磁屏蔽复合材料电磁屏蔽效能的影响。研究表明,通过结构调控可促进碳系导电填料在聚合物基体中高效导电网络的构筑,从而使其更好地损耗电磁波,进而提高材料电磁屏蔽效能。
【Abstract】 The structure control of polymer based electromagnetic shielding composites in recent years was reviewed.And the research status of special structures such as isolation structure,co-continuous structure,bubble structure and layered structure were introduced.The effects of these special structures on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of polymer based electromagnetic shielding composites were also discussed.The researches show that structure control can improve the construction of efficient conductive network of carbon based conductive fillers in polymer matrix,so that they can better lose electromagnetic wave,and then improve the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of materials.
