【摘要】 目的探讨局部围刺结合刺络拔罐对带状疱疹急性期的效果分析。方法选取2017年2月—2019年6月在大连市中心医院针灸科就诊的80例带状疱疹患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,2组患者均予以常规西药治疗。对照组40例采取局部围刺进行治疗,试验组40例采取局部围刺结合刺络拔罐治疗,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组临床有效率为100.0%,对照组临床有效率为82.5%,试验组优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对带状疱疹急性期患者采取局部围刺结合刺络拔罐比单独使用局部围刺效果好,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of local circumcision combined with pricking and cupping on herpes zoster in acute stage.Methods 80 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. 40 cases in the control group were treated with local circumcision, and 40 cases in the experimental group were treated with local circumcision combined with pricking and cupping. The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 100.0%, and that of the control group was 82.5%. The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion The local circumcision combined with pricking and cupping was adopted for the patients in the acute stage of herpes zoster. Local circumcision alone has a good effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.更多还原
