【摘要】 高血压既是临床常见的慢性疾病,又是其他多种疾病的危险因素,其患病率、发病率、致残率及病死率均呈迅速上升趋势,但是其知晓率、治疗率和控制率仍处于较低水平。以"零级预防"为指导,进行高血压健康风险评估和中医健康管理是预防高血压病发生发展的重要措施。而以整体观念、辨证论治及"治未病"思想为特色的传统中医理论,在高血压的健康风险评估和中医健康管理中不仅发挥着极其重要的作用,还有广泛的研究潜力。总结高血压零级预防的研究进展,旨在为现代高血压的预防揭示新的思路以供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hypertension is not only a common chronic disease in clinic, but also a risk factor of many other diseases. The prevalence,incidence, disability and mortality of hypertension are rising rapidly. However, the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate are still at a low level. It is an important measure to prevent the occurrence and development of hypertension to carry out health risk assessment and health management of TCM under the guidance of zero prevention. Traditional Chinese medicine theory, which is characterized by holistic concept, syndrome differentiation and prevention of disease, plays an important role in hypertension health risk assessment and TCM health management, and has extensive research potential. The research progress of primordial prevention of hypertension was summarized, in order to reveal new ideas for modern prevention of hypertension for reference.更多还原
