基于能力培养的病理生理学实验教学模式探讨

【摘要】 病理生理学是研究疾病发生、发展和转归规律及其机制的科学,是联系基础医学和临床医学的桥梁课程,在医学教学中起承前启后的重要作用。在病理生理学的教学中,实验教学是病理生理学的重要组成部分,是医学人才培养的关键环节。我们通过教学软件布置课前预习作业,课中适当增加教学内容,课后实验数据共享、实验汇报等模式,延伸实验教学时间和空间、拓展实验教学内容广度和深度。我们积极探讨基于能力培养的病理生理学实验教学模式,充分调动学生的自主学习能力,培养学生的实验操作技能、科研创新和临床思维能力,充分发挥病理生理学的"桥梁学科"优势,达到素质、能力和知识的医学人才培养目标。

【Abstract】 Pathophysiology is the science that studies the rules and mechanisms of disease occurrence, development and outcome and is a bridge course linking basic medicine and clinical medicine. It plays an important role in medical teaching. Experimental teaching is an important part of pathophysiology and a key link in the training of clinical medical talents. We assign online preview task before class, and appropriately increase the teaching content, after-school experimental records sharing, experimental reporting, etc. to extend the time and space of experimental teaching, expand the breadth and depth of experimental teaching content. We actively explore the experimental teaching modes of pathophysiology based on ability training, fully mobilize students’ self-learning ability, and also cultivate students’ experimental operation skills, scientific research innovation and clinical thinking ability, give full play to the advantages of the "bridge discipline"of pathophysiology, and then achieve the goals of cultivating medical talents with quality, ability and knowledge.
