【摘要】 目的分析中药周期疗法治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法选取我院自2017年2月—2019年4月以来收治的120例子宫腺肌症患者,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,观察2组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后月经量PBAC评分、痛经程度VAS评分。结果治疗之后,2组患者月经量PBAC评分差异与治疗之前相比分别具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组与对照组子宫腺肌症患者治疗之后2组月经量PBAC评分数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者治疗之前痛经程度VAS评分为(6.23±0.71)分,治疗之后评分为(3.13±0.70)分,对照组患者治疗之前痛经程度VAS评分为(6.13±0.57)分,治疗之后评分为(4.46±0.68)分,治疗之前,2组患者痛经程度VAS评分差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗之后,2组患者痛经程度VAS评分差异与治疗之前相比分别具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组与对照组子宫腺肌症患者治疗之后2组痛经程度VAS评分数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将中药周期疗法运用到子宫腺肌症患者的治疗中能够显著改善患者临床症状,降低患者月经量PBAC评分,降低患者痛经程度VAS评分,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine cycle therapy in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases. The clinical treatment effect, the menstrual volume PBAC score before and after treatment, and the VAS score of dysmenorrhea were observed. Results After treatment, the differences in menstrual volume PBAC scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference in menstrual volume PBAC scores between the observation group and the control group after treatment with adenomyosis patients had Statistical significance(P <0.05). Patients in the observation group had a VAS score of(6.23± 0.71) before treatment and a score of(3.13± 0.70)after treatment. The control group had a VAS score of(6.13± 0.57) before treatment, and the score after treatment was(4.46± 0.68)points, before treatment, the difference of VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the difference in VAS scores between the two groups was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05), and the difference of VAS scores between the observation group and the control group in patients with adenomyosis was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy to patients with adenomyosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the PBAC score of patients with menstrual flow, and reduce the VAS score of patients with dysmenorrhea.
