【Abstract】 Women are sus ceptible to cardiovascular diseases due to the fluctuation of hormone levels before and after menopause,among which coronary microvascular diseases are more common. This kind of disease is not so effective in clinic if only conventional modern medical treatment is used. Professor Yang Chuanhua established the pathogenesis of insufficiency of liver and kidney and dysfunction of qi according to the physiological characteristics of female perimenopause and the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of coronary microangiopathy in traditional Chinese and Western medicine. He also adopted the method of nourishing kidney and regulating liver, supplemented by lifestyle regulation to treat the disease. The clinical effect was remarkable.更多还原
