【摘要】 目的探讨循证护理联合艾灸疗法对冠心病合并心力衰竭患者护理效果及生活质量的影响。方法将2017年10月—2018年12月收治的74例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理联合艾灸疗法。采用生活质量核心量表评估患者生活质量,评价患者护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体健康评分较高(P <0.01),患者护理满意度较高(P <0.05)。结论循证护理联合艾灸疗法在冠心病合并心力衰竭患者护理中效果显著,可提高生活质量及护理满意度,促进护患关系和谐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with moxibustion on the nursing effect and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 74 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure from October 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing combined with moxibustion therapy.The core scale of quality of life was used to evaluate patients’ quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of physical function, emotional function, social function and overall health score of the observation group were higher(P<0.01), and the patients’ nursing satisfaction was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with moxibustion therapy has a significant effect in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure, which can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.更多还原
