【摘要】 谵语常为急重症见症,多种疾病可见,《伤寒论》论述谵语诊治颇多,见于太阳病、阳明病、少阳病、少阴病、厥阴病篇目中,但大部分集中在阳明病篇,笔者曾用白虎汤治疗谵语1例,与《伤寒论》"219条:三阳合病,腹满身重,难以转侧,口不仁,面垢,谵语遗尿。发汗则谵语,下之则额上生汗,手足逆冷。若自汗出者,白虎汤主之。[1]"条文病机类似,特此记录分析,以供临床参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Delirium often for acute and severe symptoms,a variety of diseases can be seen,delirium on diagnosis and treatment quite a lot in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,found in the Taiyang disease,Yangming disease,Shaoyang disease,Shaoyin disease,Jueyin disease chapter title,but most concentrated in Yangming disease inside.The author once used Baihu decoction to treat a case of delirium,and Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Article 219:Three yang syndromes,abdominal full body weight,difficult to turn to the side,the mouth is not benevolent,facial dirt,delirium language enuresis.Sweat is delirium language,and the next is the forehead sweating,cold hands and feet.Baihu decoction deals with spontaneous sweating.The article and pathogenesis is similar,hereby records the analysis for clinical reference.更多还原
