【摘要】 目的探讨清肺散治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(燥红质)的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法将120例常年性变应性鼻炎(燥红质)患者随机分在治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),前者采用清肺散治疗,后者以西替利嗪口服,加用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂喷鼻,疗程2周,观察治疗后2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.3%,对照组总有效率为70%,治疗组的总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。其中治疗组在改善鼻塞和下鼻甲肿胀这2个方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肺散治疗变应性鼻炎患者疗效明显,进一步证实了肺热是变应性鼻炎的病理机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and quality of life of Qingfei powder on perennial allergic rhinitis(dry red constitution). Methods The 120 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis(dry red constitution) were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases) and the control group(60 cases). The former group was treated with Qingfei powder, the latter was treated with cetirizine orally and azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.3%, and that of the control group was 70%. The overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of nasal obstruction and nasal signs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Qingfei powder is effective in treating allergic rhinitis, which further proves that pulmonary heat is one of the pathological mechanisms of allergic rhinitis.更多还原
