【摘要】 目的观察防风通圣汤联合西药治疗胃肠湿热型慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 60例符合纳入标准的荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予防风通圣汤联合西药治疗,对照组予单纯西药治疗,疗程4周。评估2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,同时观察荨麻疹控制评分、中医证候积分、血清总Ig E水平及体质量指数变化情况。结果治疗前后相比较,治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,2组临床疗效评定比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组荨麻疹控制评分明显优于对照组,中医证候积分、血清总Ig E水平及体质量指数改善明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论防风通圣汤联合西药治疗慢性荨麻疹具有协调作用,能增加临床疗效,改善中医证候及体质量指数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fangfeng Tongsheng decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal chronic urticaria with dampness and heat. Methods Sixty urticaria patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases each. The treatment group was given Fangfeng Tongsheng decoction combined with western medicine, while the control group was given western medicine alone, with a course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated, and the changes of urticaria control score,TCM syndrome score, serum total IgE level and body mass index were observed. Results Compared before and after treatment, the effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group. After treatment, urticaria control score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and TCM syndrome score, serum total IgE level and body mass index were significantly better than that in the control group, and there had statistically significant differences( P<0.05). Conclusion Fangfeng Tongsheng decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria has a coordinating effect, can increase clinical efficacy, improve TCM syndromes and body mass index.更多还原
