锰含量对铸造CADI磨球组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 通过对不同含锰量的CADI磨球显微组织、力学性能的研究,得到了锰含量对CADI磨球的硬度、冲击韧度、耐磨性的影响规律。结果表明:针对?120mm磨球,随着锰含量的提高,铸态组织中的碳化物含量增加,在热处理工艺为900℃奥氏体化保温3小时,260℃盐浴等温淬火2小时条件下,锰含量为2.32%时所获得的CADI组织,在硬度、冲击韧度、耐磨性等方面的综合力学性能最佳。

【Abstract】 Through the study of the microstructure and mechanical properties of CADI grinding balls with different manganese content, the influence of manganese content on the hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of CADI grinding balls has been obtained. The results show that with the increase of manganese content of the ?120 mm grinding balls, the carbide content in the as-cast structure increases, under the conditions of heat treatment process of 900℃ austenitizing for 3 hours and 260℃salt bath isothermal quenching for 2 hours, the CADI structure obtained when the manganese content is 2.32% has the best comprehensive mechanical properties in terms of hardness, impact toughness, and wear resistance.
