竞争性内源RNA在乳腺癌中的研究进展
Progress in competing endogenous RNA in breast cancer
【摘要】 全球范围内,乳腺癌已成为女性恶性肿瘤发病的首位,严重危害女性的生命健康。乳腺癌的发病和发展机制目前尚未完全阐明,制约其诊断和治疗。近年来发现,一些长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,LncRNA)、环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)、具有微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)反应元件(miRNA response element,MRE)的假基因以及mRNA等,都可通过竞争性结合miRNA,在乳腺癌的调控中发挥重要的作用,因此这类RNA被称为竞争性内源RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)。本文将就不同类型的ceRNA在乳腺癌发生和发展机制中的生物学功能进行综述。
【Abstract】 The breast cancer has globally become the leading malignant cancer of female which seriously endangered women’s life and health.The pathogenesis and development mechanisms of breast cancer are still unclear,restricting its diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,it has been found that some long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs),circular RNAs (circRNAs),pseudogenes possessing microRNA (miRNA) response element (MRE),and mRNAs can compete on binding to miRNA,which plays an important role in the regulation of breast cancer.This type of RNA is called competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA).This article will review the biological function of the development and occurrence mechanisms of different types of ceRNAs in breast cancer genesis.
