【摘要】 食管癌属中医"噎膈"范畴。笔者经过长期临床实践发现,督灸与化疗药联合应用可以提高食管癌治疗的疗效,提高患者生活质量。本文基于中医理论,分析噎膈的发病总属机体阴阳失衡;督脉作为"阳脉之海",督脉铺灸可以激发机体阳气、扶助正气、恢复脏腑功能,以促进机体恢复阴阳平衡的状态,从而对化疗起到增效减毒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Esophageal cancer can be classified into the category of dysphagia in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. The long-term clinical experience of the authors showed that Du-meridian moxibustion combined with chemotherapy can enhance the curative effect of esophageal cancer,and improve the quality of life of esophageal cancer patients. The theoretical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in this article showed that the occurrence of dysphagia is always due to the imbalance of yin and yang. For Du-meridian is the sea of yang meridians,Dumeridian moxibustion can activate yang-qi of the body,support the healthy qi,restore the function of viscera,and promote the body to restore the balance of yin and Yang, which may be the mechanism of Du-meridian moxibustion in enhancing the efficacy and reducing the toxicity of chemotherapy.更多还原
