【摘要】 目的:探讨玻璃酸钠联合曲安奈德治疗中老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果和安全性。方法:将本院2013年5月～2019年5月诊治的122例中老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者列为本研究样本,参照分层抽样法进行分组研究,其中单纯使用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射治疗的61例患者纳入常规组,联合使用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射和曲安奈德治疗的61例患者纳入治疗组,比较两组的应用价值。结果:治疗后,治疗组奎森功能演算指数(Lequesne)评分低于常规组,有统计学差异(P<0. 05);治疗组有效率(93. 44%)高于常规组(78. 69%),有统计学差异(P<0. 05);治疗组不良反应发生率(8. 2%)低于常规组(19. 67%),有统计学差异(P<0. 05)。结论:玻璃酸钠联合曲安奈德可以减轻中老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床症状,促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,在保障治疗安全性的同时还可以提高临床治疗效果,应用效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the therapeutic effect and safety of sodium hyaluronate combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of middle aged and elderly people with knee arthritis.Methods:122 middle-aged and elderly patients with knee arthritis treated from May 2013 to May 2019 in our hospital were included in the current study.According to stratified sampling method,patients were assigned to control group(n=61,articular injection of sodium hyaluronate) and treatment group(n=61,articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide).Applied values were compared.Results:After treatment,the Lequesne index in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Effective rate in the treatment group(93.44%) was higher than that in the control group(78.69%,P <0.05).The adverse event rate in the treatment group(8.2%) was lower than that in the control group(19.67%,P <0.05).Conclusion:Triamcinolone acetonide combined with sodium hyaluronate can greatly relieve the clinical symptoms,promote the knee joint function recovery,and increase the therapeutic safety and effects.更多还原
