中药调控能量代谢治疗神经退行性疾病的研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulating Energy Metabolism in the Treatment of Neurodegenerative Diseases
【摘要】 神经退行性疾病是一类发病机制复杂的疾病。近年来,大量研究表明中药对神经退行性疾病有治疗作用。该文综述了中药通过线粒体能量代谢、葡萄糖和胰岛素信号等能量代谢通路治疗多种神经退行性疾病的研究进展,以期为神经退行性疾病的治疗提供新思路。
【Abstract】 Neurodegenerative disease is a kind of disease with complex pathogenesis.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that traditional medicine has a therapeutic effect on neurodegenerative diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of traditional medicine in the treatment of various neurodegenerative diseases through energy metabolism pathways such as mitochondrial energy metabolism,glucose and insulin signaling,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
