【摘要】 中药系统药理学分析平台——TCMSP(Traditional Chinese Medicines Systems Pharmacology Platform)作为一个全新的以系统药理学为基础的中药研究平台及数据库,主要使用了系统药理学技术,给出了《中国药典》收录的所有中草药的组分和分子结构、关键ADME参数、成分作用靶点以及相关疾病等关键信息。从介绍TCMSP数据库和该数据库的应用领域及应用情况入手,简要的分析和论述了近年来TCMSP数据库的应用和影响。该数据库被广泛的应用在确定中药成分及ADME性质、作用靶点及相关疾病信息、作用机制研究、新药开发和复方改良及中医经典理论研究等方面,其优势在于提供了ADME参数OB,Caco-2,Half-life,BBB等参数,并且具有独特的筛选功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new platform and database of TCM research, TCMSP(Traditional Chinese Medicines Systems Pharmacology Platform) database provides four kinds of information including all components of the herbs of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, their key ADME properties, corresponding targets and related diseases being treated by using systems pharmacology technology. Therefore, this study briefly analyzed and discussed the application and influence of TCMSP database. This database has been widely used in screening the components and ADME properties of TCM, in identifying targets and related diseases being treated, in developing new drugs, in herbal combination and in studying the classical theory of TCM. The advantage lies in providing indexes of OB of ADME, Caco-2, Half-life and BBB, and it also has unique screening function.更多还原
