【Abstract】 With guiding students to take part in various stomatology skill competitions as example, the research focuses on sharing detailed practice of organizing training, and construc-ting the teaching group based on improving post competency of stomatology students. In addi-tion, it also proposes suggestions to organization and arrangement of competition to improve the cultivation of stomatology talents, with the purpose of "promoting learning, teaching and mana-gement through competition", in order to provide reference to other medical universities and col-leges.更多还原
