以技能竞赛为载体 加强教学团队建设提高口腔医学生岗位胜任力
Strengthening the construction of teaching group and improving post competency of stomatology students based on clinical skills competition
【摘要】 以指导学生参加全国各类口腔技能大赛为例,分享组织培训的具体实践,以及在此过程中基于口腔医学生岗位胜任力的提高进行的教学团队建设,同时也对比赛的组织、安排提出一些意见和建议,达到以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促管,切实提高口腔医学人才培养质量的目的,以期为其他医学院校提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 With guiding students to take part in various stomatology skill competitions as example, the research focuses on sharing detailed practice of organizing training, and construc-ting the teaching group based on improving post competency of stomatology students. In addi-tion, it also proposes suggestions to organization and arrangement of competition to improve the cultivation of stomatology talents, with the purpose of "promoting learning, teaching and mana-gement through competition", in order to provide reference to other medical universities and col-leges.
