替吉奥与阿帕替尼联合治疗无敏感基因突变或基因状态不明晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效及安全性
Efficacy and Safety of Tegio Combined with Apatinib in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer without Sensitive Gene Mutation or Unknown Gene Status
【摘要】 目的探讨替吉奥与阿帕替尼联合治疗无敏感基因突变或基因状态不明晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取黑龙江省医院2019年1—12月收治的70例无敏感基因突变或基因状态不明晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例,分别给予替吉奥治疗、替吉奥与阿帕替尼联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平、临床疗效、药物使用安全性及生命质量情况。结果用药前1d两组患者肿瘤标志物水平、生命质量情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后7d,观察组患者肿瘤标志物改善水平、生命质量情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,药物不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用替吉奥与阿帕替尼联合治疗无敏感基因突变或基因状态不明晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,可有效改善患者肿瘤标志物水平及生命质量,提高疗效及用药安全性,该联合用药模式具有较高临床应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of tegio combined with apatinib in the treatment patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer without sensitive gene mutations or unknown gene status. Methods A total of seventy patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer without sensitive gene mutation or unknown gene status admitted to Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control and an observation group, with thirty-five cases in each group. The two group were separately given tegi, and tegio combined with apatinib. The levels of tumor markers, drug efficacy, drug use safety and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results The levels of tumor markers and quality of life were not significantly different between the two groups of patients 1 d before medication(P>0.05). The improvement of tumor markers and quality of life of the patients in the observation group on the 7 th day after medication were superior to the control group(P<0.05). The efficacy in the observation group was higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tegio combined with apatinib in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer without sensitive gene mutations or unknown gene status can effectively improve the patient’s tumor markers level and quality of life, and improve efficacy and safety. The combined medication model has high clinical application value.
