【摘要】 目的探讨依达拉奉注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片对脑梗死患者脑血流参数及神经功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月佛山市三水区人民医院收治的80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组采用依达拉奉注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组治疗前及治疗1个月后脑血流参数、神经功能损伤程度、血清炎症介质变化。结果两组治疗前脑血流参数、美国国立卫生研究所卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血清炎症介质水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组平均血流速度、颈动脉平均血流量高于对照组,外周阻力、特性阻抗低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,血清炎症介质C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片可显著改善脑梗死患者脑血流参数及神经功能,可能与改善血清炎症介质水平相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of edaravone injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet on cerebral blood flow parameters and neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of eighty patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Sanshui District People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random table method with forty patients in each group. The control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablet, and the observation group were treated with edaravone injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet. The cerebral blood flow parameters and neurological function damage degree, serum inflammatory mediator changes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the parameters of cerebral blood flow, NIHSS scale score of nerve function injury and the level of serum inflammatory factors(P>0.05). After one month of treatment, the average blood flow velocity and the average blood flow of carotid artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the peripheral resistance and characteristic impedance were lower than those in the control group; the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6) in the serum inflammatory factor level were lower than those in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone injection combined with atorvastatin can significantly improve cerebral blood flow parameters and neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction, which may be related to the improvement of serum inflammatory factors.更多还原
