【摘要】 目的:观察脑心通胶囊联用瑞舒伐他汀钙片对急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）患者炎症及氧化应激水平的影响。方法:AIS患者112例随机分两组。对照组（55例）给予AIS常规治疗联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片,研究组（57例）在对照组治疗基础上加用脑心通胶囊。治疗3周后,比较两组患者治疗前后血清三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、氧化低密度脂蛋白（OX-LDL）、异前列腺素F2α(8-isoPGF_2α)、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分变化,评价两组疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后,两组患者血脂指标（TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C）、炎症指标（IL-6、TNF-α、CRP）和NIHSS评分均较前明显改善（P<0.01）,且研究组各项指标均优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。对照组治疗后8-iso-PGF_2α明显下降（P<0.01）,SOD明显上升（P<0.05）,研究组OX-LDL、8-iso-PGF_2α明显下降（P<0.01）,SOD明显升高（P<0.01）;且研究组OX-LDL及8-iso-PGF_2α明显低于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。两组总有效率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,且研究期间均未见不良反应发生。结论:在西医治疗基础上加用脑心通胶囊具有加强降血脂、抗炎、抗氧化应激作用,临床疗效优于单用西医综合治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Naoxintong capsules combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets on inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with acute ischemic stroke（ AIS）. Methods: AIS patients who were admitted to the department of neurology from June 2017 to December 2018 and were divided into two groups by random number table method. The patients in the control group（ 55 cases） received AIS routine treatment combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and in addition to the therapy of control group,the patients in the research group（ 57 cases） were given Naoxintong capsules. TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,OX-LDL,8-iso-PGF_2α,SOD and NIHSS scores were compared between the two groups at admission and after 3-week administration.Results: After 3 weeks of treatment,the serum lipid-related indicators（ TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C）,the inflammatory indicators（ IL-6,TNF-α and CRP） and NIHSS scores were significantly improved in both groups（ P<0.01）,and the improvement in the research group was more significant than that in the control group（ P<0.05 or P<0.01）. In terms of oxidative stress,after 3 weeks,in the control group,8-iso-PGF_2αwas significantly decreased（ P< 0.01）,while SOD was significantly increased（ P < 0.05）. In the research group,OX-LDL and 8-iso-PGF_2αwere significantly decreased（ P < 0.01）,and SOD was significantly increased（ P < 0.01）.Compared with the two groups,OX-LDL and 8-iso-PGF_2αwere lower in the research group（ P< 0.05 or P< 0.01）. The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while there was no significant difference（ P>0.05）. Neither group had any adverse reactions during the study period. Conclusion: In addition to the conventional western medicine treatment,the combination with Naoxintong capsules can be administered to improve the effects of hypolipidemic,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative stress with better clinical curative effect than that of western medicine treatment alone.更多还原
