精准医学背景下临床药理学教学内容的重构及教学模式的创新

【摘要】 目的:探索精准医学背景下临床药理学教学内容的重新构建和教学模式的创新。方法:分别选取2014级、2015级临床医学专业五年制本科生作为对照组(34名)和实验组(38名),对照组采用传统教学法授课,实验组以精准医学为主线对教学内容进行融合,优化翻转课堂教学模式。课程结束后,通过理论考试和问卷调查对教学效果进行评价。结果:实验组理论知识考试成绩显著优于对照组(P<0. 05),并能有效激发学生对临床药理学的学习热情,精准用药思维理念增强,教学质量大幅度提升。结论:精准医学时代背景下临床药理学的教学内容应不断重新构建并创新教学模式,以适应现代医学模式对临床药理学教学的要求。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the reconstruction of content and innovation of pattern for clinical pharmacology teaching under the background of precision medicine. Methods: Five-year undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine of Grade 2014( 34 students)and Grade 2015( 38 students) were selected as the control group and the experimental group,respectively. The traditional teaching method was applied to the control group,while the reconstructed content based on precision medicine and the optimal flipped classroom teaching model was introduced in the experimental group. At the end of the course,the teaching effectiveness was evaluated by theory test and questionnaire survey. Results: Theory test scores ofthe experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group( P<0. 05). Student’s learning enthusiasm of the experimental group was effectively aroused with significantly strengthened idea of precision medication and improved teaching quality. Conclusion: Under the background of precision medicine,the teaching content of clinical pharmacology should be reconstructed constantly and the teaching model must be innovated correspondingly in order to meet the requirements of clinical pharmacology teaching corresponding to modern medicine model.
