【Abstract】 Zebrafish is a bony freshwater fish,its embryo is transparent,develops and reproduces quickly,and more than 87% of its genes are the same as humans.At present,it is widely used in the research of genetics,development,toxicology and environmental pollution,and drug screening.This article summarizes the commonly used experimental techniques and detection methods of the zebrafish blood system.The available transgenic lines of zebrafish have been utilized to the study of the hematological system,which provide references for the research in and promote the application of zebrafish in the field of life science.更多还原
