【摘要】 视神经疾病是临床上常见的、可导致视力严重受损甚至失明的眼病,预后不良。李志英教授是著名的中医眼科专家,临证40余年,在视神经疾病的诊治方面积累了丰富的临床经验。李教授认为玄府闭塞是视神经疾病的基本病机,玄府闭塞,神光不能发越,机窍不灵,因此导致视物不清。治疗上李教授强调"同病异治,异病同治"在视神经疾病的中医药辨证治疗中的重要性,常用对药路路通和石菖蒲宣通玄府。李教授善于依据眼睛局部的表现灵活选择药物,如视盘水肿时用琥珀末、薏苡仁、车前子等以利水消肿;视盘充血时加茺蔚子、郁金、桃仁以活血通络;视盘周围出血时加用仙鹤草、墨旱莲、栀子炭等凉血止血;视神经萎缩时加熟地黄、山萸肉、枸杞子等补益肝肾。本文将李教授治疗视神经疾病的临床经验进行了系统总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Optic nerve disease is a common clinical disease, which can lead to severe visual impairment or even blindness, and it is with poor prognosis. Professor Li Zhiying is a famous ophthalmologist of traditional Chinese medicine, he has been in clinical work in ophthalmology for over 40 years, and he has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of optic nerve diseases. Professor Li believes that Xuanfu( 玄府) occlusion is the basic pathogenesis of the disease, Xuanfu is blocked and the divine light cannot be generated, which leads to blurred vision. In terms of treatment, Professor Li emphasizes the importance of "treating the same disease with different treatment, treating different diseases with the same treatment" in the treatment of optic nerve diseases based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, Lulutong( 路路通) and Shichangpu( 石菖蒲) are often used to pass Xuanfu.
