【摘要】 目的:探讨高频电针针药结合治疗面肌痉挛疗效及对面部Cohen评分、复发率的影响。方法:选取盐城市中医院2018年4月-2019年4月收诊的120例面肌痉挛患者,随机分两组,对照组行常规药物治疗,观察组行针药配合治疗。观察两组疗效、Cohen评分及复发率。结果:观察组疗效更好(P <0.05),Cohen评分更优(P <0.05),复发率更高(P <0.05)。结论:对面肌痉挛患者使用高频电针针药结合治疗,有显著疗效,且痉挛强度和复发率也得到了降低,可用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of high frequency electroacupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of facial spasm and its effect on Cohen score and recurrence rate. Methods: 120 patients with facial spasm in our hospital were chosen in the period from April 2018 to April 2019 and randomly divided into two groups, including the control group who received conventional medication and the observation group who received high frequency electroacupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group; and the clinical efficacy, Cohen score and recurrence rate of 2 groups were compared. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The Cohen score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: High frequency electroacupuncture combined with medicine can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms and signs, reduce spasm intensity and recurrence rate in the treatment of facial spasm.更多还原
