【摘要】 目的:探究乌贝散加味联合西医治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,Hp)相关性湿热夹瘀型胃溃疡的效果。方法:抽取本院2017年2月-2020年1月期间收治的80例幽门螺杆菌相关性湿热夹瘀型胃溃疡患者为研究对象,按不同的治疗方法进行分组,将西医根除Hp四联疗法治疗的40例患者纳入西药组,使用乌贝散加味联合西药治疗的40例患者纳入联合组。比较两组临床疗效、Hp根除率、Hp复发率、中医证候积分、溃疡直径及相关炎症因子水平。结果:联合组的临床总有效率、Hp根除率均高于西药组,复发率低于西药组;治疗后,联合组的中医证候积分均低于西药组,溃疡直径短于西药组;联合组治疗后的相关炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factorα,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)的水平均低于西药组(P <0.05)。结论:乌贝散加味联合西药治疗Hp相关性湿热夹瘀型胃溃疡,能够有效改善患者的症状,减轻炎症,且能够有效清除Hp,预防疾病复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of Wubei San( 乌贝散) plus Western medicine on the Shire Jiayu type( 湿热夹瘀型) of the gastric ulcer related to Helicobacter pylori. Methods: 80 cases admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomized into groups according to different treatment methods. 40 cases took eradicated Hp quadruple therapy in the western medicine group, and 40 cases received Wubei San plus Western medicine in the combined group. Results: The total efficiency and Hp eradication rate in the combined group were higher, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the Western medicine group. After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in the combined group were lower, and the ulcer diameter was shorter than that in the western medicine group. After treatment, the levels of related inflammatory factors, TNF-α, CRP, and IL-6, were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Wubei San plus Western medicine on the Shire Jiayu type of the gastric ulcer related to Helicobacter pylori can effectively ameliorate the symptoms of patients, reduce inflammation, and effectively clear Hp and prevent from recurrence of the disease.更多还原
