【摘要】 目的:探究中药黄芪益参汤加减治疗对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛心电图ST-T段改变的影响。方法:随机选取2018年1-12月我院收治的106名冠心病心绞痛患者,平均分为两组,一组为实验组,一组为对照组。用常规西医治疗法对对照组患者进行治疗,实验组患者进行中药黄芪益参汤加减治疗。对两组患者的心电图ST-T改变情况进行观察记录并比较评价。结果:经分析比较,实验组患者在心电图疗效以及各项指标表现优于对照组,两组数值的差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),且心电图的ST段及具体T波参数、中医证候积分差异也具有统计学意义;两组患者治疗前心功能指标基本一致,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,均出现显著变化,其中实验组变化幅度更大,与对照组结果差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药黄芪益参汤加减治疗对冠心病心绞痛心电图ST-T改变的影响显著,为中医临床辨证疗法提供指导依据,值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of the Huangqi Yishen decoction( 黄芪益参汤) on the ST-T segment changes of electrocardiogram in patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. Methods: 106 cases admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine. The experimental group was given the Huangqi Yishen decoction. Results: After analysis and comparison, the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of ECG curative effects and various indicators, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference in ST segment and specific T wave parameters of the ECG, TCM syndrome scores were also statistically significant. The cardiac function indexes in the groups before treatment are basically the same, P>0.05. After treatment, cardiac function indicators in the groups showed significant changes, and the experimental group showed a greater range of changes, which was statistically different from the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Huangqi Yishen decoction shows significant effects on the changes of ECG ST-T segment of patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. It provides a guiding basis for TCM syndrome differentiation, and is worthy of further promotion.更多还原
