【摘要】 目的:研究女大学生的原发性痛经与中医体质的相关性。方法:选择山东中医药高等专科学校在校女大学生800名,采用王琦教授主导编制的《中医体质量表》(Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire,CCMQ)对学生的九种中医基本体质进行评价。采用自制《青春期常见病量表》[参考主诉疼痛程度分级法(Verbal Rating Scale,VRS)与视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS),以及个人健康问题POMR记录方式(包括问题目录,SOAP问题描述及病程记录)中各项条目,自行编制,包括女大学生的相关痛经病症资料,前期症状以及相关因素]。结果:8种偏颇体质痛经的发生主要体现在气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质、血瘀质及阴虚质,且偏颇质发生原发性痛经概率较平和质高,差异具有统计学意义。结论:女大学生原发性痛经的发生率与中医体质的偏颇与否存在一定的相关性,其中以气虚、阳虚与阴虚体质最盛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the correlation between primary dysmenorrhea and traditional Chinese medicine constitution of female college students. Methods: A total of 800 female college students in Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and the Chinese Medicine Physique Scale(CCMQ) developed by Professor Wang Qi was adopted to evaluate the nine basic TCM constitutions of the students. The puberty homemade common scale was designed. [By reference of pain intensity classification method(VRS) and visual analogue scale scale(VAS), and personal health problems POMR recording(including directory, SOAP problem description and course records) in each entry, compiled by oneself, including data related to dysmenorrhea symptoms of female college students, early symptoms and related factors]. Results: The occurrence of 8 kinds of biased constitution dysmenorrhea is mainly reflected in Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, Qi stagnation, blood stasis and yin deficiency, and the probability of primary dysmenorrhea in biased constitution is higher than that in mild constitution, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in female college students is related to the bias of TCM constitutions, among which Qi-deficiency, Yang-deficiency and yindeficiency constitutions are the most prevalent.更多还原
