【摘要】 目的:观察开窍醒神法针刺配合护理行为干预治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效,探索其合理性、可行性,为临床治疗小儿遗尿寻找更为有效的治疗方法。方法:将2016年7月-2018年12月收治的66名患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,每组33例。试验组采用开窍醒神法针刺配合护理干预治疗,对照组采用开窍醒神法针刺治疗。两组均接受治疗观察2个疗程,共计2周。治疗结束后,依据两组患儿治疗前后症状的改善情况进行统计学处理。结果:两组患儿总疗效判定:经χ2检验,治愈率比较,试验组治愈率97.0%(32/33),对照组治愈率75.8%(25/33),差异具统计学意义(P <0.05),说明试验组治愈率明显优于对照组。结论:开窍醒神法针刺配合护理行为干预治疗小儿遗尿具有明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Kaiqiao Xingshen (开窍醒神) acupuncture combined with nursing intervention for the treatment of enuresis in children. To explore its rationality and feasibility, and to find a more effective method for the clinical treatment of enuresis in children. Methods: 66 enuresis children admitted from July 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 33 cases in each group. The experimental group was given Kaiqiao Xingshen acupuncture combined with nursing intervention. The control group was treated with acupuncture treatment. Both groups were treated for 2 courses for a total of 2 weeks. After treatment, the improvement of symptoms before in the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results: Determination of total efficacy in two groups of children: after χ~2 test, the cure rate compared of the experimental group was 97.0%(32/33), and the control group was 75.8%(25/33). There was significant difference, and the cure rate of the experimental group was significantly better than of that the control group. Conclusion: Kaiqiao Xingshen acupuncture combined with nursing intervention has clinical guiding significance in the treatment of enuresis in children.更多还原
