【摘要】 目的:观察督脉铺灸对调治阳虚体质的临床疗效情况。方法:随机性选择2018年3月-2019年2月期间于我院就诊的阳虚体质患者120例,分组依据为:随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,每组患者60例。对照组接受口服同仁堂金匮肾气丸治疗,观察组接受督脉铺灸治疗。观察对比两组的治疗效果情况。结果:观察组患者治疗三个月以及半年后的总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前,两组患者中医体质评分无显著差异,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);经不同方法治疗后,观察组患者治疗三个月以及半年后中医体质评分均显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗前CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+无明显差异,治疗后半年两组患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均有所改善,与治疗前相比差异有明显统计学意义(P <0.05),且观察组均高于对照组,组间差异明显(P <0.05)。而两组患者治疗前后CD8+均无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论:在阳虚体质患者的治疗中应用督脉铺灸治疗效果显著,可有效改善其阳虚体质,改善患者免疫能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Dumai Pujiu( 督脉铺灸) on the Yangxu constitution( 阳虚体质). Methods: 120 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Jinkui Shenqi Wan( 金匮肾气丸), and the observation group was treated with by Dumai Pujiu. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The scores of TCM constitution in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups before and after the treatment. In the half year after the treatment, the CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in two groups were improved, which was significantly better than before the treatment, and those in the observation group was better(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in CD8+ between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion: Dumai Pujiu on the Yangxu constitution was effective, can improve the constitution and immune ability.更多还原
