【摘要】 目的:研究分析天麻钩藤饮联合氯沙坦片治疗原发性高血压病的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1-2018年8月于湛江中心人民医院中医科治疗的68例确诊原发性高血压病患者作为研究对象,全部患者按照随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组34人,对照组患者给予氯沙坦片,试验组在对照组基础上给予天麻钩藤饮口服治疗,全部患者连续治疗2周。对比治疗前后血压及症状,进行疗效评价。结果:经不同方案治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率94.12%(32/34)显著高于对照组76.49%(26/34)(P <0.05),两组患者治疗后的收缩压及舒张压较本组治疗前显著下降,且试验组收缩压及舒张压均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),治疗过程两组均未发生严重不良反应(P> 0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合氯沙坦片治疗高血压降压效果更为显著,眩晕、面部红热、头痛、易怒烦躁等症状改善更为明显,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction(天麻钩藤饮) combined with losartan tablets in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: A total of 68 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method from January 2016 to August 2018, with 34 patients in each group, and the control group were given losartan tablets. The experimental group was given Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with losartan tablets on the basis of the treatment of the control group, and all the patients were treated for 2 weeks. The blood pressure and symptoms before and after treatment were compared and the curative effect was evaluated. Results: After treatment with different regimens, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with losartan tablets is more effective in treating hypertension and reducing blood pressure, dizziness, facial redness and heat, headache, irritability, and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
