【摘要】 目的:探讨小针刀松解联合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:选取河南省滑县骨科医院腰椎间盘突出症患者120例作为临床研究对象,采用小针刀疗法,松解病变间隙椎间孔内外口,横突尖、臀大肌、臀小肌、臀上皮神经、典型压痛点,每次治疗视患者情况选择3～5个部位进行松解,同时配合内服自拟椎间盘突出汤。结果:本组患者120例,治愈92例,治愈率76.7%(92/120),有效24例,有效率20%(24/120),无效4例,无效率3.3%(4/120),总有效率96.7%(116/120)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症小针刀为主松解椎间孔内外口横突尖、臀大肌、臀小肌、臀上皮神经、选择2～3处敏感压痛点,由痛点到骨面,按层次逐层松解,加中药为辅治疗具有安全、经济、创伤小、治疗临床疗效显著,疼痛减轻效果明显,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of small-needle knife therapy and traditional Chinese medicine in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: 120 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected as the clinical research subjects, and small-needle knife therapy was used to relieve the intervertebral foramen and the inner and outer mouth of the lesion space, transverse tip, gluteus maximus, gluteus minimus, gluteus epithelial nerve, and the typical tenderness point. Depending on the patient’s situation, 3 ～ 5 sites were selected for each treatment, and self-designed Decoction was taken internally.
