【摘要】 目的:研究观察中西医结合方法应用于类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:随机选取2017年1月-2019年4月于日照市岚山区碑廓中心卫生院收治的112例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,平均分为两组,即对照组与观察组,对照组56例单纯应用西医治疗,观察组56例应用中西医结合治疗,对比两组类风湿关节炎患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后肿胀关节个数、治疗前后关节压痛个数。结果:观察组56例治疗1个月后的总有效率比对照组高(P <0.05);观察组56例的不良反应率比对照组低(P <0.05);两组治疗前的肿胀关节个数与关节压痛个数对比无差异(P> 0.05);两组治疗1个月后的肿胀关节个数与关节压痛个数均有减少(P <0.05);观察组56例治疗后的肿胀关节个数、关节压痛个数均比对照组小(P <0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎,效果显著,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:112 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the research subjects and evenly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 56 cases in the control group received western medicine treatment while 56 cases in the observation group received application of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, the effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment, swelling number of joints, joint tenderness number before and after treatment of two groups of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were compared. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in the number of swollen joints and tenderness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The number of swollen joints and the number of tenderness in both groups decreased after 1 month of treatment(P<0.05). The number of swollen joints and joint tenderness in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective and worthy of application.更多还原
