【摘要】 目的:本研究通过测定不明原因不孕症患者血清中的甲状腺自身抗体[抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(Thyroid Peroxdase Antibody,TPO-Ab)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(Thyroglobulin Antibody,TG-Ab)]水平与不明原因不孕症的关系,观察不同治疗方法的疗效。方法:用化学发光免疫分析仪测定对照组与研究组治疗前后血清中的TPO-Ab、TG-Ab含量,用于探讨甲状腺自身抗体与不明原因不孕症的关系及治疗疗效的观察。结果:治疗前三组患者血清中的TG-Ab、 TPO-Ab水平相差不大,两两相比均无显著性差异(P> 0.05);治疗结束后,药物治疗组和针灸治疗组两组患者血清中的TG-Ab水平(P=0.654),TPO-Ab水平(P=0.645)相比,差异均无统计学意义,揭示药物治疗和针灸治疗无差异;但联合治疗组患者血清中的TG-Ab水平较药物治疗组低(P=0.015),较针灸治疗组水平也低(P=0.045),呈现显著性差异;联合治疗组患者血清中的TPO-Ab水平较药物治疗组(P=0.014)、针灸治疗组都低(P=0.042),均呈现显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论:ATA阳性与不明原因不孕症存在一定的相关性,药物和针灸治疗对TPO-Ab、TG-Ab阳性都有效,但药物联合针灸治疗效果显著优于单独治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of different treatment methods by measuring the relationship between thyroid autoantibodies(TPO-Ab, TG-Ab) levels in the serum of patients with unexplained infertility and unknown infertility. Methods: The levels of TPO-Ab and TG-Ab in the serum were detected in the control group and the study group by measureing chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, to explore the relationship between thyroid autoantibodies and unexplained infertility and to observe the therapeutic effect. Results: The levels of TG-Ab and TPO-Ab in the serum in the three groups before treatment showed no significantly different(P> 0.05). TG-Ab levels(P=0.654) and TPO-Ab levels(P=0.645) between the drug treatment group and the acupuncture treatment group did not show statistically significant difference. However, the serum TG-Ab level in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the drug treatment group(P=0.015) and lower than that in the acupuncture treatment group(P=0.045), with a significant difference. The levels of TPO-Ab in the serum of patients in the combination treatment group were lower than those in the drug treatment group(P=0.014) and the acupuncture treatment group(P=0.042), with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between ATA positive and infertility of unknown cause. Drugs and acupuncture treatments are effective on TPO-Ab and TG-Ab positives, while drugs and acupuncture is most effective.更多还原
