【摘要】 目的:分析组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术中的应用价值。方法:以2016年1月-2018年12月间入本院骨科治疗的97例四肢创伤手术患者为研究主体。将其分成A组和B组,分别是51例与46例。A组给予组合式外固定支架治疗,B组给予常规治疗。对比治疗效果。结果:两组的治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义,(P <0.05)。治疗后两组的视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组(P <0.05)。A组的创面愈合与骨折恢复时间均短于B组(P <0.05)。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。A组的肘关节功能评分均高于B组(P <0.05)。A组的生活质量评分均高于B组(P <0.05)。结论:为四肢创伤骨科手术患者行组合式外固定支架治疗可缓解疼痛程度,缩短创伤愈合时间,提高肘关节功能,减少并发症情况,具有较高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study application value of combined external fixation bracket in orthopaedic surgery for limb trauma. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2018, 97 cases were divided into 51 cases in group A and 46 cases in group B. The group A received combined external fixation, and group B received conventional treatment. Results: The total efficiency in the group A was higher than group B(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment, and those in group A were lower than group B(P<0.05). The wound healing and fracture recovery time in group A were shorter than those in group B(P<0.05). The complication rate was lower than group B(P<0.05). The elbow function scores in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05). The quality of life scores in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined external fixation bracket in orthopaedic surgery for limb trauma shows good effects, can relieve pain, shorten wound healing time, improve elbow joint function, reduce complications, and has higher application value.更多还原
