【摘要】 目的:分析老年原发性高血压病的中医治疗及临床预后情况分析。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年1月平度市中医医院收治80例老年原发性高血压病患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例使用西医治疗,研究组40例采用中医治疗,对比两组患者临床效果及预后情况。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),明显比对照组高80.00%(32/40)(P <0.05);研究组患者生理功能、躯体疼痛、生理职能评分分别为(93.39±4.22)分、(94.43±4.24)分、(95.55±4.40)分,评分明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中医(加味半夏白术天麻汤)治疗老年原发性高血压病,可改善患者生活质量,有效提高临床治疗效果,临床上值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine treatment and clinical prognosis of elderly patients with primary hypertension. Methods: 80 patients with primary hypertension were enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 40 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine, and 40 patients in the study group were treated with Chinese medicine. The clinical effects and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%(39/40), which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05). The physiological function, physical pain and physiological function scores of the study group were(93.39±4.22) and(94.43±4.24) points,(95.55±4.40) points respectively, which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine(Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction) (加味半夏白术天麻汤)can improve the quality of life of patients with primary hypertension, and effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.
