【摘要】 目的:观察金龙降尿酸颗粒治疗高尿酸血症(湿热型)的疗效及安全性。方法:将60例湿热型高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。两组均给予常规基础性治疗,治疗组给予本院协定处方"金龙降尿酸颗粒"口服,对照组给予别嘌呤醇口服。4周为1个疗程,连续2个疗程作为近期疗效评估点进行疗效评价和安全性评价。结果:同治疗前相比,两组均可改善中医证候总积分(P <0.01),但治疗组优于对照组(P <0.01);同对照组相比,治疗组可显著降低湿热型高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸水平(P <0.05),同时,在降低血脂、血糖改善血流变方面有一定疗效;两组在整个试验过程中未发现任何不良反应。结论:金龙降尿酸颗粒可有效的降低湿热型高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸水平,并能有效改善与湿热内蕴相关的中医临床症状,安全性好,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of the Jinlong Jiangniaosuan granule (金龙降尿酸颗粒) on hyperuricemia of the Shire type (湿热型). Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each. Both groups were given basic treatment. The control group was given allopurinol orally, and the treatment group was given the Jinlong Jiangniaosuan granule orally. Results: TCM syndromes were improved in two groups(P<0.01), and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.01). Uric acid in the blood was decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05). At the same time, blood lipid and glucose were improved. No adverse reactions was found in two groups throughout the trial. Conclusion: The Jinlong Jiangniaosuan granule can effectively reduce the level of uric acid, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms with good safety, and is worthy of further clinical application.更多还原
