【摘要】 目的:分析胫前减张切口联合锁定加压钢板(Locking Compression Plate, LCP)与中医骨折三期疗法治疗老年胫腓骨远端骨折的可行性。方法:以2016年1月-2018年12月间入本院治疗的59例老年胫腓骨远端骨折患者为研究主体,分成A组30例和B组29例。B组实施LCP治疗,A组实施胫前减张切口联合LCP与中医骨折三期治疗,对比两组的围术期相关情况、中医症状积分、骨折部位的尺偏角及掌倾角、矫正外科足踝协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)评分、治疗优良率以及并发症发生情况。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间以及骨折愈合时间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);A组术后的中医症状积分低于B组,尺偏角及掌倾角大于B组,AOFAS评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。A组优良率高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:胫前减张切口联合LCP与中医骨折三期治疗该类患者可改善其中医症状以及踝-足部功能,减少并发症情况,具有较佳的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate efficacy of anterior tibial incision and LCP plus the TCM fracture three phase therapy on fracture of the distal tibia and fibula in the elderly. Methods: 59 cases were divided into group A of 30 cases and group B of 29 cases, respectively. Group B was treated by LCP, and group A was treated by anterior tibial incision and LCP plus the TCM fracture three phase therapy. Results: There were statistically significant differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, hospital stay and fracture healing time between groups(P﹤0.05). After surgery, the score of TCM symptoms in group A was lower, and the ulnar deflection angle and palm tilt angle were larger, the AOFAS score was higher than group B(P﹤0.05). The excellent and good rate in group A was higher than the group B(P﹤0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in complication rate between groups(P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Anterior tibial incision and locking compression plate plus the TCM fracture three phase therapy on fracture shows good effects, can improve TCM symptoms and ankle-foot function, reduce complications.更多还原
