【摘要】 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)合并急性阑尾炎围手术期医护人员安全防护及患者的安全管理。方法对2020-02该院收治的1例COVID-19合并急性阑尾炎患者救治过程中的手术方案,术中及术后的医护人员防护及患者管理进行总结。结果患者接受开放性阑尾切除手术治疗,术后恢复良好。所有医护人员均无发生COVID-19。结论在做好防护的前提下,对COVID-19合并急性阑尾炎患者可实行开放性手术治疗,这对医务人员和患者都是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety protection of medical staff and the safety management of patients with corona virus disease 2019( COVID-19) complicated with acute appendicitis during perioperative period. Methods The surgical program,intraoperative and postoperative protective measures of the medical staff and the patient’s management of a case of COVID-19 complicated with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital in February 2020 were summarized. Results The patient received open appendectomy and recovered well after the operation. COVID-19 did not occur in the medical staff. Conclusion On the premise of good protection,open surgery can be performed on COVID-19 patients with acute appendicitis,which is safe for both the medical staff and the patients.更多还原
